Parking is secured and free of charge.

The purpose of the advance deposit is to guarantee a reservation, and the full amount is applied to the guest's bill. Also known as a guarantee, these advance deposits help prepare for guests arrival, budget finances, and cover costs of last-minute cancellations. Guests are asked to make 20% deposit and in case of cancellation, no deposit refund. After you complete the payment you will receive confirmation with all reservation information. Remaining amount has to be paid by the guest in cash, directly to the owner of the accommodation upon the day of arrival.
